Proposal Software, Inc. has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for all sites under Proposal Software.com.

This privacy policy applies to Personal Data collected on or through the Proposal Software (PSI) website ("Site") including On-Demand Service or Hosted Services ("Service") as they pertain to this site and its customers.

On-Demand Service or other Hosted Services ("Service") are defined as a Proposal Software provided facility or software application including; PMAPS WebPro; PMAPS WebPro Essentials and PMAPS WebPro Mobile; that may provide Proposal Software with specific and traceable data pertaining to a current or former customer(s).

"Personal Data" is defined as information relating to the identification of a specific person or individual. An identified person is an individual who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to a particular identification number that pertains to one or more factors specific to that person.

"Customer Data" is defined as information provided by current or former customers.

Information Collection and Use
Proposal Software is the sole owner of the information collected on this site and any related web properties. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to third parties in a manner which differs from what is disclosed in this statement.

Proposal Software collects information from our users at several different points on our web site. Information may include, but is not limited to; Name; Company; Email Address; Phone Number and Job Title. Proposal Software will use this information for several purposed including, but not limited to; marketing and sales initiatives; dissemination of product information; to provide customer support and service; communicate significant product or web site changes; inform individuals, current or former customers of future conferences or company events and to manage customer access to specific web sites, products or services.

Request Form(s)
If an individual, current or former customer wishes to; receive access to Proposal Software product demonstrations; white papers; newsletters; case histories or other print and collateral, they will be required to provide infomration that may include, but is not limited to; Name; Company; Email Address; Phone Number and Job Title. Subsequently, this information may be used to further sales with the individual requesting such materials.

Log Files
Proposal Software may use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your web browser on your computer's hard drive. Proposal Software cookies do not contain any personally identifying information, but do enable us to recognize that you are a returning visitor and/or customer to our web sites or hosted service(s). Proposal Software uses cookies to record user-specific information concerning the pages users access or visit, and to record past activity at the site to provide better service to returning visitors.

Proposal Software maintains reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect Personal Data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alternation, and destruction. Proposal Software hosts its website and On-Demand and Hosted Services in a secure server environment that uses firewalls, and other advanced technology, to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. In addition, Proposal Software also offers enhanced security features withinits Hosted Services that permis its customers to configure security settings to any level that they deem necessary.
